Maragh Girvan

Maragh Girvan is an experienced operations leader based in Atlanta. Since studying at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Maragh has honed her skills in data management, project coordination, and team leadership.

Currently, Maragh serves as the Operations Coordinator at Circus Maximus, where she is responsible for maintaining and updating the agency's project management, finance, and resourcing tools. Her role involves generating reports to share with leadership and identifying any issues that may arise, which helps the agency to make better business decisions and operate more efficiently.

Maragh has a passion for continuous improvement and mentoring team members. Prior to joining CM, Maragh spent over 6 years at McKinsey’s Digital Capability Center, providing experiential training in lean manufacturing, process improvement, performance dialogues, and overall equipment effectiveness. In her time with the DCC, she led teams in daily operations, developed recruitment tools, and managed logistics between facilitators, clients, and operator teams. 

Outside of work, Maragh enjoys traveling, following pop culture, and is a proud vanity plate enthusiast.
